If you enjoy golf and supporting your community, Foundation Fest offers a distinctive local experience. This one-day event blends a festival atmosphere with a full day on the course, raising real money for people who need it most. What Is Foundation Fest?

Foundation Fest is a key part of the 33rd Annual MIBOR REALTOR® Foundation Golf Outing, bringing a music festival vibe to a traditional day of golf. Sponsor holes throughout the course feature festival-inspired decorations and activities.

The event takes place on September 30, 2026, at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Indianapolis. Golfers can choose between two courses depending on how competitive they want the day to feel.

Who Puts On This Event?

The Foundation Fest golf event is organized by the MIBOR REALTOR® Foundation, a nonprofit connected to the local real estate community. Their mission centers on helping families move from homelessness into stable, permanent housing.

Funds raised through sponsorships, foursomes, and donations help support this housing mission. The golf outing has grown into one of the foundation’s signature fundraising events over more than three decades.

What Happens During the Event?

Foundation Fest packs a lot into a single day on the course. Attendees can expect a festival-style experience layered on top of a normal round of golf. Here is what the day will include:

  • Themed sponsor holes: Each hole is decorated and staffed to match the music festival theme. 
  • Tour cart sponsorships: Six-person carts allow sponsors to meet and engage with golfers across the course.
  • Interactive contests: Games and challenges are set up throughout both courses to keep the energy high.

Together, these activities create a lively experience beyond a traditional golf outing.

How Can Golfers Get Involved?

Anyone interested in playing can register as part of a foursome ahead of the event date. Registration details can help golfers choose the course experience that best matches their preferred pace and level of competition.

Players are encouraged to dress the part, with festival-inspired outfits fitting right in with the day’s theme. Two course options are available depending on what kind of day golfers are looking for. One course leans into competitive play, while the other keeps things relaxed and social.
