1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Prime Plumbing & Drains (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Prime Plumbing & Drains provides residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services including repairs, installations, maintenance, drain cleaning, sewer services, and new construction plumbing. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and technical feasibility. We reserve the right to refuse or modify service where necessary for safety or compliance reasons.
3. Estimates and Pricing
We aim to provide clear, upfront pricing before work begins. Estimates may be provided verbally or in writing depending on the situation. Final costs may vary if unexpected conditions are discovered during the course of work. Any additional work outside the original scope will only be performed with customer approval.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Customers are responsible for providing access to the service location at the scheduled time. If an appointment is missed or canceled without reasonable notice, a fee may apply. The Company may also reschedule or delay service due to emergencies, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in additional fees, service delays, or collection action. Accepted payment methods will be listed on invoices or provided at the time of service.
6. Warranties and Limitations
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship; however, warranties apply only when explicitly stated on an invoice or service agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing plumbing issues, code violations, or damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party interference. Any warranty provided is limited to the specific service performed.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Plumbing & Drains is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to work areas and to disclose any known hazards or plumbing issues that may affect service. Customers are also responsible for securing pets, valuables, and personal property that may interfere with the work.
9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party suppliers or subcontractors when necessary to complete certain services. We are not responsible for delays, defects, or failures caused by third-party products or services outside of our direct control.
10. Website Use
All information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is current, complete, or error-free.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
